4 Apprehended for Homemade guns and heroin in Kwara State

Kwara State NSCDC detains four suspects on Thursday 10th February for homemade pistols, charms, hard drugs, bullets, and six looted phones.

The said culprits were captured during the patrol of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in a criminal outlying district in Rore, at Irepodun Local Government Area headquarters of Omu-Aran, Kwara State.

According to one of the culprits, Olanrewaju Adesoye, who allegedly claims he’s a clogger, utters that he had nothing to do with the armaments including the substances which were retrieved from them, the names and ages of the said suspects were stated each in the confession statements they wrote; Tope Fadeyi, 33yrs, Olanrewaju Adesoye, 24yrs,(A.K.A Konfu), Isaac Abraham, 28yrs, (A.K.A Akube) and Abdulateef Wasiu,23yrs.

Officer Babawale Afolabi, the head of NSCDC Public Relations, gave out strict orders on carrying out heavy-duty, seeking-out every criminal outlying region terrorizing the community and the natives of Omu-Aran HQ, Irepodun L.G.A including some other suspects who are on the run from justice.

Further investigations are being carried out as the Commander of the NSCDC, Makinde Iskil Ayinla, mandates strict hunt down of anyone attached to the gang, henceforth.
